You will be able to cover many of such places by opting for the Sikkim trip budget.

Sikkim tour is incomplete without trying authentic Sikkimese cuisine. At Gangtok there are several restaurants that serve local dishes, apart from that there are many options for street food as well. Dal and rice is the staple food for Sikkimese, apart from that Sael Roti, Churpi Soup, Dhindo, etc. are quite unique. Along with these there are Thukpa, Momo, etc.

At Tourist Hub India, you will get a budget sikkim tour where you can stay in Gangtok without spending much. The expense depends on how many days you are staying, what are the places you are visiting, where you are staying, and your food choices. Gangtok has budget hotels, and restaurants so one can afford a decent trip to Sikkim.

Snowfall in Gangtok is relatively rare, but it does occur occasionally, especially in the winter months. The best chances to experience snowfall in and around Gangtok are from late December to early February. During these months, the temperatures drop, and while Gangtok itself may not see significant snowfall, nearby high-altitude areas such as Tsomgo Lake and Nathula Pass, which are around 30-40 kilometers from Gangtok, can experience snowfall. If you're specifically looking for snow, it's best to plan excursions to higher altitudes like Tsomgo Lake or Nathula Pass during these months. Gangtok's weather during winter is generally cold, with temperatures ranging from about 4°C to 10°C, and while snow in the city itself is unlikely, the surrounding areas provide ample opportunities for enjoying the snowy landscape.

Lachung is a tiny village situated in northeast Sikkim. North Sikkim tour packages include this place as from Lachung one has to connect to Yumthang. This place is worth visiting because it offers an amazing natural beauty. In winter you can experience snowfall, and during spring you will witness blooming flowers. Another attraction of Lachung is the Buddhist Monastery. Lachung is only connected by road from Gangtok, and cars need special permits for it.

Gangtok, the charming capital of Sikkim, is famous for a variety of compelling reasons. Gangtok is renowned for its breathtaking views of the Himalayan range, including the majestic Kanchenjunga, the third-highest peak in the world.
MG Road (Mahatma Gandhi Road) is the heart of Gangtok’s bustling commercial and social life. Tsomgo Lake is located about 40 kilometers from Gangtok, Tsomgo Lake (also known as Changu Lake) is a high-altitude glacial lake surrounded by stunning snow-capped peaks.
